The college flag is the most important visual element for the students at Maliyadeva College. Over the years, the Maliyadeva flag has upheld the college spirit during celebrations. 

The flag of Maliyadeva College features three horizontal stripes, starting with navy blue, followed by golden yellow, and ending with maroon. The college crest is prominently displayed in the middle of the yellow stripe.
